Docip has the pleasure to inform you on the 45th session of the Human Rights Council, taking place from September 14 to October 6, 2020 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva and online.

General Information and Documents

 

Annual half-day panel discussion on the rights of Indigenous Peoples (Wednesday, September 23, 2020, 4:00 - 6:00pm CEST)

 

Agenda items 3 & 5 - Special Rapporteur on Indigenous Peoples and EMRIP (Thursday, September 24, 2020, 3:00pm - 6:00pm CEST)

 

Resolution on Human Rights and Indigenous Peoples (Permanent Missions of Mexico and Guatemala)

 

Informal meetings on the Draft Resolutions

There will be two informal meetings of Guatemala and Mexico with State parties:

  • Wed, September 16 (room XVIII): 10:00am - 11:30am CEST (Live audio)
  • Tue, September 22 (room XX): 11:30am - 1:00pm CEST (Live audio)

There will be an informal online meeting with Indigenous Peoples Organizations:

  • Thu, September 17, 5:00pm - 6:00pm CEST (new schedule!)

  • Interpretation in English, Spanish, French and Russian will be provided by Docip
