112TH SESSION OF THE COMMITTEE ON THE ELIMINATION OF ALL FORMS OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION
2024-04-08 - 2024-04-29Docip has the pleasure to inform you on the 36th session of the Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore (IGC), which will be held at the headquarters of WIPO in Geneva, from June 25 to 29, 2018.
The ICF will take place in the Uchtenhagen Room, WIPO Headquarters (AB Building), Geneva on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at 4:00 pm (time tbc).
There will be daily meetings of the Indigenous Peoples' Caucus (room tbc): 8:30 am - 10:00 am and 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
The Panel of Indigenous and Local Communities will take place on Monday, June 25, from 11:00 am to 11:45 pm. The theme of the panel at the Thirty-Sixth Session is: "Practical Measures Relating to Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources: Databases and Contracts – Indigenous Peoples’ and Local Communities’ Perspectives”.
