Information from Docip on the Permanent Forum (UNPFII 18) in New York

Dear Friends,

We are pleased to present the latest information from Docip on the 18th session of the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues (UNPFII). The conference will take place at the UN headquarters in New York from 22 April to 3 May 2018.

 

Our “Information Document on the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues” contains a summary of the most important and useful information regarding the 18th session and presents practical information, a list of reference documents and a list of useful contacts.

The “Bibliography of the 18th session of the Permanent Forum” provides you with references to help you prepare well for the conference.

The “Fact Sheet on the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues” contains practical information for your effective participation in the session.

The document, “Docip services during the 18th session of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues”, presents the services and tools available from Docip to facilitate your work during the session.

The “Docip daily agenda during the Permanent Forum” provides you with a daily updated schedule listing official meetings, side events, indigenous caucus meetings and events outside of the UN.

 

Preparatory Meeting of the Global Indigenous Peoples Caucus 

The Caucus preparatory meeting will take place on Saturday, 20 April, and Sunday, 21 April 2019, from 8:30am to 3:00pm at the Church Center of the United Nations, 1st Av./44th St., 2nd floor. Docip will provide interpretation services in English, French, Spanish and Russian. Our technical secretariat will welcome you on the 10th floor of the Church Center.
