Docip has the pleasure to inform you on a new call for applications from the UN Voluntary Fund for Indigenous Peoples (UNVFIP). Please forward this call to all your indigenous brothers and sisters.

 

 

UN Voluntary Fund for Indigenous Peoples - New Call for applications

Applications for funding by the Fund to attend the following meetings are now being accepted:

Human Rights Council - 45th session

  • September 14 - October 2, 2020

Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) - 76th session

  • June 22 – July 10, 2020
  • Countries: Bahrain, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Gabon, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Mongolia, Panama

Convention against Torture and Other Cruel Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT) - 70th session

  • July 13 - 24, 2020
  • Countries: Belgium, State of Palestine, Ukraine

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (CCPR) - 129th session

  • June 29 - July 24, 2020
  • Countries: Bolivia (Plurinational State of), Botswana, Israel, Nicaragua; Peru, Togo, Ukraine, Uruguay

Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) - 24th Session
