Interpreters to and from English, French, Spanish and Russian for informal meetings.
Interpretations may be simultaneous (in a booth), consecutive or whispered.
Profile: foreign language or interpretation students, young professionals who would like to acquire more experience, or seasoned or retired professionals who would like to support the indigenous cause.
Our volunteers work :
A) On site during conferences: interpreters who sign up to participate for the entirety of the conference.
B) « on call »: interpreters who may be called upon according to demand either during conferences or throughout the year for informal meetings.
Translators: to and from English, French, Spanish and Russian.
Profile: foreign language or translation students, young professionals who wish to acquire more experience in translation, or seasoned or retired professionals who would like to support the indigenous cause.
Our volunteers work:
A) In-house during conferences: all you need to do is sign up or answer our call for volunteers for upcoming conferences if you are part of our network.
B) By e-mail: if you are unable to participate in person, your support through correspondence is also welcome.
C) Throughout the year: we also need translators during non-conference periods for urgent translations.
